• —Prism AI Services is a British Columbia sole proprietorship (registration #FM1107397) based in Kelowna, BC, Canada, operated by Pieter van der Walt.
• —These terms cover your use of this website. Client projects are governed by their own written quote and agreement, which take precedence.

Pricing & proposals

• —Project pricing is discussed after we understand your requirements. Your binding price, currency, deliverables and timeline are set out in your written quote and agreement.
• —Prism AI Services is not currently registered for GST/HST (small supplier), so no GST/HST is charged.
• —Third-party usage costs (telephony minutes, AI API usage, SaaS subscriptions) are billed at cost, with no markup, as set out in your quote.

The free audit & site content

• —The AI readiness audit and the articles on this site are general information, not professional, legal, or financial advice. Decisions you make based on them are your own.
• —We work hard to keep content accurate, but the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Intellectual property

• —This site’s design, content, and branding belong to Prism AI Services. Don’t reuse them without permission.
• —For client work: ownership of code, prompts, configs, and documentation transfers to you on final payment, as set out in your project agreement.

Liability & law

• —To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism AI Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.
• —These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in BC.
