Prism AI Services (a BC sole proprietorship, registration #FM1107397, Kelowna BC) collects the minimum information needed to respond to you and deliver what you asked for. Here's exactly what that means.
LAST UPDATED · SEPTEMBER 12, 2026
What we collect
- Contact form — your name, email address, company (optional), and message. Used only to respond to your inquiry.
- AI readiness audit — your answers about your business plus the contact details you provide at the end, so we can generate and deliver your results.
- AI assistant — if you use the on-site assistant, ElevenLabs processes your voice or chat conversation. Details you choose to provide may be included in a project summary for Pieter. Don’t share sensitive information through it.
- We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. Ever.
Where it lives
- The site is hosted on Netlify; inquiries and audit submissions are stored in Neon, a managed database service; transactional email is delivered through Resend.
- The readiness assessment is free. If you use Stripe to pay a separately agreed invoice or an existing arrangement, your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.
- These providers may process information outside Canada. Contact Pieter if your requirements depend on a particular storage region.
- Email you send us lands in our business mailbox, hosted in our email provider’s infrastructure.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries and audit submissions are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.
- You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
Your rights
- Pieter is responsible for privacy inquiries for Prism AI Services.
- To exercise any privacy right — access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent — email pieter@prismaiservices.ca and we will acknowledge your request and explain the next steps.
Questions about any of this? Email pieter@prismaiservices.ca — you'll get the founder, not a form letter.
